We’re looking for a BIM Technician to join our growing team and play an important role in bringing engineering and design concepts to life. In this position, you’ll use Revit and other BIM tools to develop accurate, coordinated models, drawings, plan sets, details, and project deliverables across a variety of projects.

Working alongside engineers, designers, and project managers, you’ll help transform concepts into high-quality construction documents while ensuring projects are organized, coordinated, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically minded, and enjoys collaborating with a team while taking ownership of their work.

• Bring designs to life by creating and refining 3D Revit models and BIM-based construction documents.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and project managers to turn concepts, sketches, and redlines into accurate, coordinated models and drawings.
• Build high-quality plans, sections, details, sheets, and other project deliverables.
• Coordinate models across disciplines and help identify and solve design conflicts before they become construction issues.
• Own model updates, revisions, and project deliverables while keeping projects moving and on schedule.
• Help develop and improve Revit standards, templates, families, and BIM workflows.
• Troubleshoot BIM challenges and find smarter, more efficient ways to get the job done.
• Perform quality checks and help ensure our models and deliverables meet a high standard.
• Share your knowledge by collaborating with and mentoring other BIM team members.
• Stay current with Revit, BIM technology, and new ways to improve design and project delivery.

• 2+ years of hands-on Revit/BIM experience with an associate degree or related education; or 6+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma/GED.
• Strong Revit skills and a passion for creating accurate, well-organized models.
• Experience producing construction documents in an engineering, architectural, or design environment.
• Ability to read plans, sketches, specifications, and redlines and turn them into polished BIM deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
