We are looking for a talented Environmental Manager that would appreciate the opportunity to join Quiddity Engineering on the ground floor of expanding our environmental service line in the Tampa Bay Area in support of civil engineering land development clients and public clients in the region.

• Leading and performing field investigations, preparing technical reports, and mentoring staff for a wide variety of project types
• Utilize entrepreneurial and team leadership skills to build out our capabilities and team in the region while leveraging our capabilities and knowledge from across the firm
• Work with and alongside our internal project management and technical teams and working with external environmental consultants to meet the environmental needs of our clients’ projects
• Environmental Project Management
• Operations management and quality control
• Natural resources reviews
• Wetland delineation and assessments
• Endangered species reviews
• Biological specimen collection
• Waters of the US consultation and permitting
• Data Analysis and reporting
• Development and delivery of proposals and presentations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, Biology, Forestry, Natural Resources, or related discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Min. of 10 years of Environmental Project Management Experience
• Experience working directly with clients
• Ideally, experience working with:
  • Florida Environmental Resources Permitting
  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)
  • Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)
  • Wetland Delineation and Assessment
  • Army Corp of Engineers (COE) Permitting
  • NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act
• Experience in any of the following area is a plus
  • Hydrogeology
  • Fault Mapping
  • Geologic Assessment
  • Endangered Species
  • Environmental Resource Inventory (ERI)
• Someone that has an entrepreneurial interest in being part of our growth story and potentially becoming an owner in the firm in the future
