Quiddity is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Municipal work to join our expanding team in Austin and Central Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in our continued growth while working on impactful infrastructure projects that serve communities across the region.
In this leadership role, you will collaborate with both existing and new clients to deliver a wide range of municipal public infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, roadway, and drainage systems. Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of public works infrastructure projects
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, EITs, and technical staff throughout project lifecycles
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards
Collaborate across disciplines and with local agencies to navigate permitting, regulatory compliance, and funding requirements
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals and presentations
Monitor and manage project financial performance, resource planning, and team utilization
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal projects
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong technical expertise in municipal water, wastewater, drainage, and roadway infrastructure
Excellent communication, client relationship, and project management skills
